Refund Policy

All Scrivano purchases are final. Because we distribute through Apple and Google, refunds for mobile purchases must be requested directly from those platforms.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Scrivano — including subscriptions, credit bundles, and in-app purchases — are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law. This applies to all plans: Free credit top-ups, Pay As You Go bundles, the Unlimited plan, and the Bring Your API plan.

iOS App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store (subscriptions and in-app purchases on iPhone or iPad) are processed entirely by Apple. Scrivano does not receive payment information and cannot issue refunds for App Store transactions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for an Apple purchase, you must contact Apple directly:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.
  • Apple reviews all refund requests under their own policies and at their sole discretion.
  • Scrivano has no ability to approve, deny, or process refunds for App Store purchases.

Google Play Purchases

Purchases made through Google Play (subscriptions and in-app purchases on Android) are processed entirely by Google. Scrivano does not receive payment information and cannot issue refunds for Google Play transactions. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a Google Play purchase, you must contact Google directly:

  • Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Visit support.google.com/googleplay to request a refund from Google.
  • Google reviews all refund requests under their own policies and at their sole discretion.
  • Scrivano has no ability to approve, deny, or process refunds for Google Play purchases.

Web App Purchases (Stripe)

Purchases made directly through the Scrivano web app at app.scrivano.net are processed by Stripe. These purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your plan remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation instructions are available in the Knowledge Base under Credits & Billing.

Unused Credits

Paid credits purchased through Scrivano do not expire and remain in your account until used, even if you change plans or cancel your subscription. Unused credits are not refundable in cash and have no monetary value outside of the Scrivano platform.

If you have a question about a charge, believe you were billed in error, or need help understanding your subscription, contact us at support@scrivano.net. We will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days. While we are unable to issue refunds, we are happy to help resolve billing questions or account issues.
