Apple Terms of Use
The Scrivano iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to Scrivano's own Terms of Service.

All apps distributed through the App Store are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless the developer provides a custom EULA. By downloading and using Scrivano from the App Store, you agree to Apple's terms in addition to ours.

What Apple's EULA Covers
License Scope: The App Store license grants you a non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
Maintenance & Support: Scrivano, not Apple, is responsible for providing support and maintenance for the app. Contact support@scrivano.net for all support requests.
Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of Scrivano's End User License Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
